Infrastructure Analyst
We're looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Analyst to support and maintain a broad IT estate across Azure Cloud, Windows Server, networking, storage and virtualisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain core server, storage and networking infrastructure
- Manage and support Azure and Microsoft enterprise technologies
- Provide 2nd line infrastructure support and resolve escalated incidents
- Monitor infrastructure performance and proactively troubleshoot issues
- Support infrastructure changes, upgrades and technical projects
- Work with third-party suppliers and vendors
- Support ITIL processes including incident, change and problem management
- Strong IT Infrastructure experience
- Good knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft technologies
- Experience with networking and server systems
- Understanding of Azure, virtualisation/hypervisors and SAN/storage
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
