NetBackup Engineer (Veritas Certified) - Contract Role
Duration: 2 Bank Holiday Weekends (May 26)
Dates: 2nd - 4th May/23rd - 25th May
Location: Romford, London
We are seeking a Veritas-certified NetBackup Engineer to support a critical data centre relocation project for NatWest. This role involves the lift-and-shift of NetBackup infrastructure (Production & DR) between data halls within the same site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage cabling between storage shelves and NetBackup appliances
- Ensure correct power-up and system integrity during migration
- Provide hands-on technical support during the relocation
- Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware-related issues
- Strong experience with Veritas NetBackup environments
- Mandatory certification: Veritas NetBackup 9.1/Appliance 4.1 Administrator
(VCS-283 or equivalent) - Proven experience supporting data centre migrations or infrastructure moves
