We're looking for a Network & Infrastructure Automation Engineer to help modernise how data centre network infrastructure is designed, deployed, and operated. This role suits a DevOps, Platform, or Automation Engineer who enjoys solving infrastructure problems with software and applying modern engineering practices to networking.
The role
You'll work within an established engineering team to automate the build, change, and operation of network infrastructure, introducing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, testing, and observability to reduce manual change and improve reliability at scale.

The role
You'll work within an established engineering team to automate the build, change, and operation of network infrastructure, introducing CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, testing, and observability to reduce manual change and improve reliability at scale.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for network and infrastructure changes
- Apply Infrastructure as Code to network configuration and provisioning
- Build and maintain automation tooling using Python (and/or Go)
- Introduce testing, validation, and rollback for network changes
- Partner with network and platform teams to translate designs into automated workflows
- Improve observability, reliability, and change safety
- Strong automation background using Ansible, Terraform, Python, or similar
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and Git-based workflows (GitHub/GitLab)
- Experience working in Linux and containerised environments
- Network experience beneficial but not essential
