The Role

We are seeking a Product Designer/Senior Product Designer to deliver user-centered design solutions for clinical manufacturing systems. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to create engaging, compliant, and efficient digital experiences in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research and translate insights into personas, journey maps, and user stories
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs to improve user experience
  • Collaborate with Agile teams to iterate and deliver solutions
  • Connect with engineers to ensure feasible, high-quality technical implementation
  • Support process mapping, data modelling, and system integration activities
  • Apply best practices in UX and product design to create accessible, high-quality outcomes
  • Provide input on validation, compliance, and regulatory requirements (GxP/GMP)
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Product Designer or UX/UI role, ideally in pharmaceuticals or regulated industries
  • Strong experience in UX research, journey mapping, wireframing, and prototyping
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product delivery workflows
  • Understanding of data models, process flows, and system integration concepts
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills
Desirable
  • Experience in Clinical Manufacturing Automation or pharmaceutical production systems
  • Knowledge of GxP/GMP processes and compliance requirements
  • Experience in data migration, system upgrades, or cloud-hosted projects
  • Familiarity with DTMS or product/system validation frameworks
