Product Manager — Wealth | London | £75,000 | High-Growth Fintech

We're working exclusively with one of the UK's most exciting and profitable fintech scale-ups — a business that has become a genuine part of millions of people's financial lives and is now aggressively building out its wealth proposition.

This is a rare opportunity to own a newly launched wealth product end to end, with a clear roadmap in place and the backing of a senior leadership team that is fully invested in making it a success.

The Role

• Own and drive the product roadmap from concept to delivery
• Work closely with a dedicated engineering and design pod to ship at pace
• Define and track success metrics, using data to identify opportunities and iterate quickly
• Navigate stakeholders across compliance, operations, risk and commercial with confidence
• Work within an AI-native product development environment where AI tooling is genuinely embedded in how the team works

What They're Looking For

• A PM with experience in a scale-up or high-growth fintech environment
• Strong product craft — sharp on requirements, customer-led, data-driven and commercially aware
• A natural self-starter who thrives on ownership and brings energy and conviction to ambiguous situations
• Comfortable presenting to and aligning senior stakeholders

Familiarity with financial services or regulated products is a plus
