What youll do:
  • Plan and deliver quality-focused initiatives, including culture activities, hackathons, and technical seminars
  • Coordinate quality awareness and training programmes, identifying needs and maintaining accurate competence records
  • Support people-focused quality projects, including onboarding materials and capability tracking
  • Review, update, and align quality documentation, processes, and templates
  • Drive process and tooling improvements, using automation and AI where appropriate
  • Collaborate with teams across regions, functions, and cultures to support consistent ways of working
Key Experience:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly
  • Experience maintaining training, competence, or skills records
  • Experience supporting or delivering process, system, or tooling changes
  • Clear, organised written skills for documentation and guidance materials
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset and ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Familiarity with enterprise tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Share
