We are hiring Deployment Engineers to support a large Windows 11 rollout across two Derby campus clinics. This is a user-facing role focused on device swaps — working from a simple work script, you’ll complete approximately 14 device exchanges per day in 1-to-1 30-minute slots. Key Responsibilities:

- Meet users in pre-booked 30-minute sessions
- Swap devices, complete scripted checks, confirm successful handover
- Ensure new device boots, connects, and functions correctly
- Collect and record return of old devices
- Escalate any issues to on-site technical support
- Previous desktop support, floorwalking, or device-deployment experience
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer confidence
- Comfortable working in structured, high-throughput environments
