Overview:

As Change Process Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Transformation team as they deliver programmes of organisational, process, and technological change. You’ll own and manage the E2E change management framework, ensuring initiatives flow consistently and effectively through the business. This includes developing structured processes, guiding delivery leads, and embedding best-practice governance. You’ll also lead on stakeholder engagement, impact assessment, and adoption strategies to ensure change is sustainable and benefits are realised.

Location: Hybrid (must be able to travel to Northampton 1 day a week) Contract: 12-month FTC Salary: Circa £60,000 - £65,000 + benefits + bonus (circa 10%)

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in Change Process Management or Change Management role
  • Experience working for Small to mid-sized companies
  • Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR, Prosci)
  • Experience in transformation and IT led change
  • Ability to assess impact, manage resistance, and embed sustainable change

Nice to have:

  • Experience in Financial Services or regulated environments
