This is a unique opportunity to build and lead the IT supply chain function from the ground up. You'll be responsible for managing vendor relationships, optimising IT asset lifecycles, and driving financial and operational excellence across hardware, software, and services.

  • Collaborate with Procurement to resolve critical vendor matters.

Supply Chain & Asset Lifecycle Management

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets - from sourcing to disposal.
  • Work with IT to maintain optimal inventory levels and reduce excess stock.

  • Partner with Finance and Procurement to manage the IT purchasing budget.
  • Identify and report on cost savings and value-add initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards.
  • Streamline and automate ordering processes for scalability.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Experience & Skills

  • 5-7 years in IT sourcing, vendor management, or supply chain roles.
  • Proven success negotiating contracts across IT categories (hardware, software, cloud, telecoms).
  • Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
  • CIPS or CPSM certification.
  • Familiarity with ITAM/ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Lansweeper).

  • Strategic thinker with a knack for long-term planning.
  • Expert negotiator with strong influencing skills.
  • Analytical mindset with financial forecasting capabilities.
  • Relationship builder across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities.

Why Apply?

  • Be the first  to shape a brand-new role within the business.
  • Work with a collaborative leadership team.
  • Enjoy flexible working with a hybrid model and travel opportunities.
