Solution Architect – Energy Sector (Up to £100k, hybrid) Help architect a smarter, more sustainable future

If so, one of our clients in the energy sector is looking to bring on an experienced Solution Architect to play a key role in shaping the systems that will power tomorrow.

You’ll be joining a collaborative tech team driving innovation across one of the most exciting and future-focused industries in the UK. The work is challenging, the impact is real, and the opportunities to grow are huge.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead solution design from initial concept through to delivery, aligned with enterprise goals

• Provide architectural thought leadership to both technical teams and business stakeholders

• Translate complex business needs into scalable, actionable solutions

• Shape and define architecture strategies that support long-term growth and agility

• Make and guide medium-risk technical decisions within governance frameworks

• Collaborate cross-functionally within Agile environments (SAFe/SCRUM)

• Continuously improve architectural practices and contribute to team knowledge sharing

What they’re looking for:

• Experience in solution architecture within enterprise-level environments

• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills

• Comfortable working across Agile delivery teams

• Background in software engineering or support (hands-on experience valued)

• Knowledge of design patterns, hosting environments, and industry best practices

• TOGAF or similar certification (nice to have)

• SIFA Level: ARCH 4–5

• Eligible for SC Clearance (UK sole nationals only)
