  • Build, configure and deploy laptops and end-user devices using Intune / Autopilot
  • Carry out application testing, validation and legacy system assessments
  • Work closely with 3rd party vendors, software providers and MSPs
  • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application and migration-related issues
  • Support cutover planning, execution and hypercare activities
  • Assist with networking and site infrastructure activities where required
  • Produce clear technical documentation, handover notes and migration updates
  • Identify risks, dependencies and technical challenges proactively and drive solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure experience
  • Experience delivering M&A integrations, carve-outs or divestments
  • Tenant-to-tenant migration experience
  • Hands-on experience with BitTitan, ShareGate tooling
  • Strong understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory and endpoint management
  • Intune and Autopilot deployment experience
  • Good networking fundamentals including VPNs, DNS, DHCP and firewall awareness
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working across infrastructure, EUC and migration activities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel and support onsite activities when required

Additional Information

Home base will be Loughborough approximately 2 days per week, however travel will form a significant part of the role. The programme currently supports 7 UK sites and 1 site in the EU.

Weekend cutovers and out-of-hours migration activities may be required during key delivery phases.

This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who is adaptable, proactive and comfortable rolling their sleeves up to get things done.
