Our client is seeking a Salesforce Architect to join their Enterprise Applications & Development team. This is a key position responsible for designing scalable, secure, and user-focused solutions across their Salesforce implementation. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, translating complex technical designs into clear, business-friendly language.
This is a business-facing role where you'll mentor technical colleagues, champion best practices, and lead strategic projects-ensuring the Salesforce ecosystem evolves to meet business objectives and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Design and maintain high- and low-level technical documentation for Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Own solution and technical designs throughout discovery, design, and build phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Provide guidance and oversight to Admins, Developers, and QA teams.
- Manage integrations and third-party applications (e.g., CPQ, telephony, integration tools, marketing automation).
- Support governance processes, change control, and system optimization.
- Act as technical lead on strategic projects, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.
- Strong Salesforce expertise with at least 3 years of hands-on development experience, including CPQ or Revenue Cloud.
- Deep understanding of both declarative and programmatic capabilities.
- Proven experience designing solutions for complex business processes and integrated landscapes.
- Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, Administrator, App Builder essential; additional certs desirable).
- Experience with enterprise integration tools (e.g., Jitterbit, MuleSoft).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with advanced Salesforce products (e.g., Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, Data Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile delivery tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Coaching and mentoring experience.
- Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
