- Identify opportunities to simplify, standardise, and optimise the technology estate
- Produce architecture artefacts, documentation, and governance processes that improve visibility and decision-making
- Partner with senior business and technology stakeholders to guide investment decisions and prioritise strategic initiatives
- Proven experience operating as an Enterprise Architect within a growing, transforming, or acquisitive organisation
- Strong track record of establishing architecture governance, standards, and best practices
- Experience developing enterprise-wide technology strategies and roadmaps
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong understanding of technology governance, risk management, and architecture frameworks
- Experience working in evolving environments where processes and structures are still being developed
- Previous involvement in mergers, acquisitions, and integration programmes
- Experience leading architecture functions or building architecture capability from scratch
- Exposure to large-scale business transformation initiatives
- Knowledge of recognised architecture frameworks and methodologies
