- Strong background delivering enterprise transformation, systems integration, and application rationalisation programmes
- Experience establishing architecture governance, standards, and operating models
- Demonstrable success creating technology strategies and enterprise roadmaps
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior leadership level
- Experience managing technical debt and driving architectural improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- ERP transformation and enterprise-wide implementation programmes
- Manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or multi-site business environments
- Complex integration landscapes and modernisation initiatives
