Xpertise have an urgent requirement for a Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Lead - SAP

Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a GRC Lead, Technology Risk Manager, IT Risk Manager, Information Security Governance Manager or similar role.
• Strong background in governance, risk management, compliance, audit or technology assurance.
• Experience operating across multiple business functions within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cyber security governance frameworks and controls.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology, ERP or SAP transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of risk registers, controls frameworks, policy management and assurance methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and influencing skills.
• Certifications such as ISO 27001, CISA, CRISC, CISSP, CISM, CGEIT or PRINCE2.
• Experience within highly regulated or complex enterprise organisations.
• Knowledge of SAP security, access governance and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
• Exposure to operational risk, finance risk or enterprise risk management frameworks.
