Candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience as an IT Service Desk/Helpdesk Manager/Team Leader
  • Hands-on experience - getting your handy
  • Proven experience of 1st line and 2nd line support
  • Proven experience leading teams of 1st line engineers
  • Proven experience of Windows platforms
  • Proven experience of M365
  • Proven experience of Azure and Intune
  • Proven experience of Active Directory and Entra ID
  • ITIL experience and/or ITIL accreditation
  • Experience coaching, training, or mentoring team members.

Role is inside IR35 - hybrid working - Lancashire
