About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Tech Lead/Lead Engineer to join a high-performing DevSecOps Team for a leading, well-known brand. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology initiatives within a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical direction and decision-making for platform engineering projects.
• Drive best practices across development, security, and operations (DevSecOps).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with on-site vendors to deliver scalable and secure solutions.
• Ensure high-quality architecture and technical standards across the platform.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead/Lead Engineer in enterprise-level environments.
• Strong background in DevSecOps, including security automation and compliance.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • AWS cloud services
  • GitHub Actions for CI/CD automation
  • Deploying Python and Java applications in production environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence technical strategy and deliver robust solutions.
• Experience with LLM's would be very useful
