Product Manager

PRODUCT MANAGER | B2B SAAS | PERMANENT | SALARY: £70,000 - £80,000 per annum | HYBRID (Bristol Based)

I'm working with a fast growing B2B SaaS business looking for a commercially minded Product Manager to take ownership of a core product area with genuine revenue and customer impact.

This is not a feature factory role. You'll be operating in a high autonomy environment, working closely with engineering, sales, and senior stakeholders to drive outcomes, not just outputs.

Key requirements (must have):

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B/SaaS environment
• Strong commercial mindset with experience owning business outcomes (revenue, adoption, retention)
• Confident leading product discovery (user research, data, validation, experimentation)
• Experience working with complex stakeholder groups, including sales and leadership teams
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast moving environments with minimal hand holding

Nice to have:

• Experience working with enterprise customers or sales led organisations
• Background in scale ups or high growth technology businesses
• Exposure to platform or technically complex products
