Salesforce Technical Architect | Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Personalization

London (2 days per week) | Market Rate | Inside IR35 | Long-Term Contract

We're working with a leading consultancy delivering a major Salesforce transformation programme for a high-profile end client and are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to lead architecture and delivery across multiple Salesforce marketing and customer data initiatives.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in complex enterprise environments and enjoys working across multiple stakeholders, projects, and business functions.

The Role

• Lead technical architecture across Salesforce Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud Engagement, and Personalization projects.
• Provide strategic guidance on customer data, marketing activation, integrations, and platform architecture.
• Work across multiple concurrent Salesforce programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Engage directly with senior client stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners.
• Review solution designs and ensure scalable, best-practice implementation approaches.
• Support roadmap planning, technical governance, and ongoing platform evolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
• Strong expertise across:
  • Salesforce Data Cloud
  • Marketing Cloud Engagement
  • Marketing Cloud Personalization
  • Enterprise integrations and architecture
  • Broader Salesforce ecosystem
• Previous consultancy experience is essential.
• Demonstrable experience delivering multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong client-facing experience with the ability to influence senior business and technical audiences.
• Experience operating within large-scale enterprise environments.
