An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join a large, international professional services organisation. This role will play a key part in supporting and enhancing a growing ServiceNow environment, helping to drive both ongoing operational excellence and wider platform development initiatives.

- Configure and enhance key modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request, Knowledge, Service Catalogue and CMDB
- Manage users, groups, permissions and data quality across the platform
- Investigate and resolve platform issues, escalating where appropriate to external support partners
- Support integrations between ServiceNow and third party applications
- Coordinate platform upgrades, releases and change activities
- Produce and maintain technical documentation, workflows and operational procedures
- Create reports, dashboards, notifications and user communications while supporting training initiatives
- Proven experience administering and configuring ServiceNow environments
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
- Experience working with modules such as ITSM and other enterprise workflows
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of IT service management principles and ITIL frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated with strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- Exposure to ServiceNow areas such as IT Operations, HR, Workplace Services or Legal Service Delivery
- Experience supporting a ServiceNow greenfield implementation or major platform rollout
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator or Implementation Specialist
- ITIL Foundation certification
- Experience within a professional services, legal or regulated environment
