Technical Product Manager
West London (3 days per week) | Salary: £120,000-£140,000 p/a + Bonus + Pension + Travel Benefits
Contract Rate: £1000 - £1400 per day (Inside IR35)
We're supporting a FTSE 100 organisation as it continues one of the largest technology and operational transformation programmes in the industry. As investment grows across digital platforms, cyber security, core systems and enterprise technology, we're looking for a Technical Product Manager operating at Programme Manager level to lead complex technology portfolios with significant business impact.
This is not a traditional programme management role. We're looking for someone who can combine strategic consulting capability, technical understanding and executive stakeholder management to drive technology change across a highly complex, 24/7 operational environment.

Responsibilities
- Own and drive the delivery of complex technical portfolios and transformation programmes
- Align business objectives with technical roadmaps, architecture and compliance requirements
- Challenge delivery teams and third-party vendors to ensure commitments are delivered as promised
- Manage programme risks, dependencies, governance and executive reporting
- Translate technical complexity into clear business outcomes and decision-making frameworks
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technology, finance, procurement and operational teams
- Drive alignment across multiple workstreams within a Matrix organisation
- Ensure programmes deliver measurable business value whilst maintaining technical quality and compliance
Requirements
- Previous experience within Tier 1 Consulting.
- Experience operating at Engagement Manager, Project Leader, Associate Partner, Principal or equivalent consulting level
- Proven delivery of large-scale technology, digital transformation or operational change programmes
- Strong technical literacy with the ability to engage effectively with engineers, architects and technology leaders
- Exceptional executive stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience challenging vendors and holding suppliers accountable for delivery
- Ability to balance strategic priorities, business outcomes and technical constraints
Desirable Experience
- Aviation, travel, logistics or transportation industry experience
- Experience across cyber security, platform modernisation or enterprise technology transformation
- Exposure to complex operational environments operating at scale
- Experience working within FTSE 100 or similarly large enterprise organisations
