THE ROLE
As a UI/UX Designer on our founding team, you will be:
- Shaping the visual and emotional identity of a platform used globally
- Designing journeys that feel intuitive, warm, cultural, and meaningful
- Creating flows that blend exploration with inspiration
- Collaborating closely with engineers and the founder to turn vision into reality
- Crafting a design language that balances beauty, clarity, and emotional resonance
- Imagining experiences that have never been done in the travel or social world
- Designing interfaces that invite users to return daily — not out of habit, but out of joy
- Helping build a platform where authenticity > algorithms
You will be responsible for designing systems, not just screens.
You will create the emotional foundation users feel the moment they open the app.
WHAT YOU WILL CRAFT (WITHOUT REVEALING SENSITIVE DETAILS)
You will help design:
A discovery ecosystem built on real human experiences
A clean, intuitive booking flow
A personalised user identity hub
A communication environment that brings people together
A business-friendly ecosystem that feels simple, modern and welcoming
A visual language that stands apart from every travel/social company in the world
Your designs will be the first thing users feel —

REQUIREMENTS (THE REAL ONES)
We are searching for a designer with depth —
someone who can blend artistry with psychology.
Technical Skills
- Mastery of Figma
- Strong UI foundations (layout, typography, spacing, colour theory)
- Ability to design scalable components & systems
- Strong UX research and wireframing skills
- Experience designing mobile-first products
- Familiarity with prototyping and user testing
- Ability to collaborate directly with engineering teams
Mindset Skills (More Important Than Technical Ones)
