Were now entering an exciting growth phase and are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with 34 years of experience whos ready to own and scale our marketing strategy from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to step into a leadership-track role, working directly with the founding team to build a high-impact digital marketing function that drives awareness, engagement, and growth.
This position would be one of our initial hires and have the unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in a potential revolution in international trade. This role would be ideal for an ambitious individual who wants to be part of the high-risk-high-reward world of tech startups and take the next big step in their marketing career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing B2B digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, email, and more.
- Track and analyse campaign performance in real-time, using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM.
- Create Dynamic Relatable Content for ads, webpages, email marketing, and social media a unique opportunity to define brand voice, spark engagement, and driving results across every channel.
- Lead Marketing Strategy through experimentation to uncover high-performing channels, optimize campaign performance, and continuously improve results through data-driven insights.
- Capture, analyze, and interpret campaign data to uncover insights and deliver actionable, data-backed recommendations that continuously improve marketing performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to create data-driven marketing assets that improve engagement and conversion.
Qualifications:
- 34 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with proven ability to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns and own strategic decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Consistent top level-grades, A- levels or equivalent

Desirable Attributes:
- Strong grasp of paid digital media techniques (e.g., Social Media, Re-marketing, Programmatic Marketing etc.).
- Experience with analytics and optimization tools , such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or CRM reporting dashboards.
- Confident using data to drive decisions , with an ability to interpret metrics and translate them into creative action.
- Comfortable managing budgets and calculating return on investment for marketing initiatives.
- Strategic thinker with a tactical edge someone who can zoom out to see the big picture, then zoom in to tweak a headline or targeting setting.
