What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry leaders, clients, and exhibitors as the trusted face of XpoFairs.
- Identify and pursue B2B sales opportunities and new markets by understanding client needs and industry trends.
- Support account management and operational workflows to ensure our sales pipeline delivers measurable value.
- Collaborate with marketing, tech, and customer success teams to drive client growth and improve customer experience.
- Take a hands-on role in scaling operations, processes, and sales strategies as we expand into new industries and regions.
Who You Are
- 1–2 years' experience in full-cycle B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong negotiator, organiser, and problem-solver with excellent communication skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced start-up environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Commercially savvy, analytically sharp, and curious about how businesses grow.
- Start-up minded: willing to wear multiple hats and take ownership of high-impact projects.
