Business Administrator apprentice at a serviced office in Shirley, Solihull
This is an extremely diverse role with front of house responsibility interacting with clients, visitors and tenants in a professional and confident manner. It is a hands on role and requires problem solving skills with no 2 days being the same. The role will include responsibility for monitoring and updating social media.

- Front-of-house and reception duties

Training
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship. Training will be provided by Solihull College and an assessor will be allocated to support you.
Coaching in the workplace, on teams as well as scheduled sessions at the Solihull campus and time spent training will be part of the agreed working hours.
At the end of your training, you will complete a knowledge test, portfolio with professional discussion, with a project presentation. You may also study level 2 functional skills maths /English.
