YT Technologies are working with an established technology company, based in London, who design and develop specific wearable technology products for sports.
They work with a lot of sensing technology and motion sensors, and are looking to hire an Electronics Engineer to drive development of the sensor hardware from R+D through to mass production. You'll have to have strong Electronics/PCB design, but also to be able to comfortably write the firmware too.

They work with a lot of sensing technology and motion sensors, and are looking to hire an Electronics Engineer to drive development of the sensor hardware from R+D through to mass production. You'll have to have strong Electronics/PCB design, but also to be able to comfortably write the firmware too.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop and integrate new sensors or embedded technology into their core product.
- Improve the product by building and testing prototypes with new technologies.
- Supervise and optimise areas of the manufacturing process related to embedded systems, for example automatic testing equipment or production firmware.
- Collaborate within the Hardware and Product teams to integrate electronics and firmware with the mechanical and software parts of the product.
- Work with the Customer Success team in identifying and debugging electronics and firmware related product issues.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in electronics or embedded systems.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Experience designing and prototyping electronics products from concept through to schematic design, layout and manufacturing.
- Experience developing and deploying firmware for embedded systems, with experience in Nordic nRF series microcontrollers a major advantage.
