The Role

Recruitment is a fast-paced, commercial role. It s about building relationships, solving problems, and making things happen.

What you ll be doing:

• Becoming an Expert: We ll teach you everything you need to know about the tech world. You ll learn how to speak the language of engineers and understand how big businesses operate.

• The Hunt: You ll use LinkedIn and specialist databases to find "hidden" talent that other recruiters miss.

• Relationship Building: You ll spend your time on the phone, interviewing candidates, and pitching our services to new and existing clients.

• Lead Generation: You ll learn how to spot opportunities in the market and turn a simple conversation into a business deal.
