Operations Analyst (Data & Automation)
📍Camden, London - 2 days per week
We’re hiring an Operations Analyst to help scale how our business grows and adapts post our Series A funding in December. This role sits at the centre of Yonda, working across Service, Tech, Sales and Product, using data, systems and AI to improve how we operate and deliver for customers. You’ll have real ownership from day one, with the opportunity to identify problems, shape solutions and drive meaningful change in a fast-growing, automation-first fintech.
What you’ll do
Use data to identify inefficiencies and opportunities across the business
Build dashboards and track operational KPIs to drive decision making
Partner with stakeholders across Service, Tech, Sales and Product to improve how we operate
Design and implement AI-driven solutions to reduce manual work and increase scalability
Improve documentation and internal processes
Support automation and tooling improvements
Own and deliver operational projects end to end
What you’ll bring
2 to 3 years’ experience in an analytical or operational role
Strong Excel and analytical skills with a clear bias towards data-led decision making
Strong logical and problem-solving skills
Confidence working with data, including Excel, SQL or scripting
Experience using or strong interest in applying AI to improve workflows and reduce manual work
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
High ownership and accountability with a track record of taking problems through to resolution

Interest in scaling operations in a fast-growth fintech
