Learning and Innovation Lead (Digital)

Ref: 2526/181 Hours: 37 hours per week Salary: £44,918 per annum. Plus generous benefits. These include:

About the role We are looking for an innovative and motivated individual to take ownership of digital development across the college, leading staff and students through change, and ensuring the systems, resources and spaces behind it are ready to deliver.

Within this role you will:

•  Drive the use of digital tools (including Microsoft platforms) to enhance teaching, learning, and assessment•  Design and deliver impactful staff training and CPD programmes•  Lead and develop a team of Digital Skills Coaches•  Provide hands-on support to curriculum teams on effective use of technology•  Oversee the day-to-day running of the Learning and Research Centre•  Manage physical and digital resources, ensuring they are high quality, accessible, and aligned to curriculum needs•  Work closely with IT and stakeholders to ensure systems are reliable, secure, and effective

You’ll play a key role in shaping the digital learning experience and supporting both staff and students to succeed.

About the person You will be a confident and collaborative professional with a passion for digital innovation in education.

You will have:•  Experience supporting or leading digital learning initiatives•  Strong knowledge of digital tools (ideally Microsoft applications)•  Experience delivering training or CPD to staff•  Experience managing people, teams, or services•  Excellent communication and organisational skills•  The ability to analyse data and use feedback to improve services

Experience in a library, learning resources, or education setting would be advantageous.
