Business Analyst

YOU Recruitment are working with a global product-led brand on a high-impact transformation programme - and we're hiring a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business ambition and technical delivery.

You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to implement systems and improve processes with real commercial impact. A solid understanding of the interplay between technologies - including SAP and Salesforce - is essential, as is the ability to navigate complex stakeholder groups and keep momentum high.

A relevant degree is essential for this role - particularly those with a foundation in structured problem-solving and systems thinking. Degrees in Business Analysis, Economics, Information Technology, or Business Management with IT tend to work particularly well in this environment.

What you'll bring:

• 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
• SAP expertise (essential)
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar CRM knowledge
• Strong understanding of systems integration and technical dependencies
• Exepreince in implementing end-to-end process improvement
• Commercially minded - able to connect operational change to business outcomes
• Confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills (technical and non-technical)

What you'll do:

• Partner with technical and business teams to deliver scalable process improvements
• Own the change roadmap, prioritising projects with measurable commercial impact
• Facilitate workshops, lead stakeholder discussions, and manage UAT
• Translate complex requirements into practical solutions
• Ensure system roll outs are aligned with business goals and global growth
