Location: Cambridge(Hybrid – 2 days in-office)

Salary: £55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus + 28 Days Holiday

Tech You’ll Be Using

• Python (FastAPI / Django preferred, Flask okay)
• PostgreSQL, Redis
• Docker, Kubernetes
• AWS
• CI/CD via GitHub Actions
• Bonus if you’ve touched ML pipelines

What You’ll Do

• Design and build robust backend services used by hospitals and researchers
• Optimise code and queries for scale and speed
• Collaborate with data scientists to integrate models into production
• Own deployments, improve automation, and shape dev standards
• Write testable, well-documented code from day one

• Know your way around REST APIs, PostgreSQL and containers
