We’re looking for a hands-on  technical co-founder (Full-Stack / AI)to join our early founding team. You’ll take ownership of the tech direction, elevating our MVP, and scale the product as we move into pilot launches with hospitality brands.

Mira, the intelligent virtual colleague, supports hotel teams 24/7 by learning Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and offering real-time insights, digitalised feedback, and HR assistance. This innovative approach helps reduce burnout, enhance communication, and improve guest satisfaction, turning wellbeing into measurable business outcomes.

Our mission is simple - to make hospitality a place people want to stay, not leave.

We’ve validated the concept with strong early interest from top-tier hotels, with  pilot programs planned from January 2026 .

Role Description

This hybrid position for Co-Founder & CTO is based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote work. The Co-Founder & CTO will oversee technical strategy, develop and scale the AI platform, and ensure the platform integrates seamlessly with hospitality industry workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with the founding team on product alignment, driving innovation in user experience, and ensuring robust system architecture and security. Strategic input into business development, partnerships, and fundraising efforts will also be a key aspect of the role.
