Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum depending on experience

Are you a versatile, commercially minded Marketing Manager looking to make a real impact in the education sector? We’re partnering with an innovative SaaS provider whose products are used by schools nationwide, and they’re now seeking a confident generalist marketer to lead and elevate their marketing function.

The Role

As Marketing Manager, you’ll sit at the heart of the business, shaping how the brand connects with schools, MATs, and sector partners. You’ll lead on planning, delivery, and performance across all core marketing channels, ensuring a consistent pipeline of engagement and leads.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Building and owning the annual marketing strategy
• Developing multi-channel campaigns to reach schools and education leaders
• Overseeing digital marketing execution (email, social, paid, SEO, automation)
• Managing events and conferences within the education space
• Analysing campaign performance and reporting on ROI
• Supporting product launches and sales enablement activity
• Coordinating with external agencies where needed

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A well-rounded marketing generalist with experience across digital and traditional channels
• Confident planning and executing campaigns targeted at schools or the public sector (education experience is a strong advantage)
• Comfortable working in a SaaS or tech-driven environment
• Data-led, commercially aware, and proactive
• A collaborative team player who’s happy working closely with sales, product, and leadership
• Organised, adaptable, and able to take ownership
