A growing technology and managed services business is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee its Service Desk and Professional Services teams.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced service leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, building customer relationships, and driving service excellence.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
✔ Leading Service Desk and Professional Services teams
✔ Improving service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency
✔ Acting as a key escalation point for customer issues
✔ Building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
✔ Driving continuous improvement across systems, workflows, and service processes
✔ Monitoring KPIs, SLAs, utilisation, and team performance
✔ Supporting the business as it continues to grow and mature
About You
- Previous Service Delivery Manager, Service Manager, Operations Manager, or Team Manager experience
- MSP, Managed Services, IT Services, or Technology background
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Customer-focused with excellent communication abilities
- Process improvement mindset
- Comfortable operating in a growing and evolving business
