Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 + Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time Hybrid working - 2 days in office

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for IT support? Our client, a Managed Service Provider is looking for Service Desk Engineers to join their growing team! If you have experience with Microsoft products and packages amongst others and thrive in a fast-paced support environment, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Providing 1st, 2nd & 3rd line IT support to internal users and external clients.

🔹 Troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.

🔹 Managing Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Windows environments.

🔹 Logging, prioritizing, and escalating tickets as needed.

🔹 Firewalls and Server troubleshooting

🔹 Ensuring excellent customer service and technical support.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Microsoft products and packages (Office 365, Windows OS, Active Directory).

✅ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

✅ Experience in an IT support/helpdesk/service desk environment.

✅ Knowledge of networking, remote desktop support, and IT security is a plus!
