Used by leading law firms internationally, the platform allows legal teams to handle significantly higher volumes of claims through automation and digital workflows, reducing administrative workload and improving operational efficiency.
Following strong recent growth and investment, the business is expanding its commercial team and is looking for an experienced Account Executive to drive new revenue across the UK legal market.
Account Executive (LegalTech) - Role Overview
The Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business with mid-market and enterprise law firms. Working in a hybrid sales role, this individual will manage a mix of inbound opportunities and self-generated pipeline, taking prospects through the full sales cycle from discovery and product demonstrations through to negotiation and close.
This role is suited to a consultative SaaS salesperson who understands the legal sector and is comfortable engaging with partners, heads of litigation and operational leaders within law firms.
The position is hybrid, with time spent in the London office and meeting clients where required.
Account Executive (LegalTech) - Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing new business.
- Conduct product demonstrations to legal professionals, clearly articulating the commercial and operational value of the platform.
- Manage a mix of inbound opportunities and outbound pipeline generation.
- Identify and develop new opportunities within mid-market and enterprise law firms.
- Engage with senior stakeholders including partners, heads of litigation, legal operations leaders and innovation teams.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through a consultative sales process.
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and market positioning.
- Represent the business at industry events, webinars and meetings within the legal sector.
Account Executive (LegalTech) - Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Account Executive within SaaS or LegalTech.
- Experience selling technology solutions into law firms.
- Demonstrated success selling into mid-market and enterprise customers.
- Strong experience delivering product demonstrations and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to generate pipeline through outbound activity as well as managing inbound opportunities.
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholders within legal organisations.
- Strong commercial negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience working within a high-growth technology or start-up environment is advantageous.
