Salary: £95,000 – £110,000 base + Double OTE

The business partners with enterprise and mid-market organisations across a range of industries, helping finance leaders digitise manual processes, improve compliance, and gain greater control over financial operations.

Following continued growth across the UK and Europe, the company is expanding its enterprise commercial team and is looking to hire an Enterprise Client Manager to drive growth across its most strategic customer accounts.

Role Overview

Our client is seeking an Enterprise Client Manager responsible for expanding revenue across a portfolio of the organisation’s most strategic enterprise customers.

This role will focus on commercial growth within existing accounts, identifying opportunities to introduce additional products and solutions across the client’s technology portfolio. The position will work closely with senior finance stakeholders to uncover new business challenges and position further solutions that support finance transformation initiatives.

Unlike traditional account management roles, this position is not focused on renewals or customer retention. Instead, the role is focused on generating incremental revenue through cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the organisation’s top enterprise customers.

The successful candidate will have experience managing large enterprise relationships and driving commercial growth through consultative engagement with senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of the organisation’s top 15 strategic enterprise customers
  • Identify and develop cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the company’s software portfolio
  • Build strong relationships with senior finance stakeholders including CFOs, Finance Directors, and Heads of Finance
  • Run discovery conversations to understand evolving customer needs and identify opportunities to introduce additional solutions
  • Develop strategic account plans focused on long-term account expansion
  • Lead commercial discussions, proposals, and contract negotiations for additional products or services
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, and Sales Engineering teams to ensure successful solution positioning
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and account development plans within CRM systems
  • Represent the organisation at executive meetings, customer events, and industry engagements

Required Experience

  • Proven experience managing enterprise customer accounts within a SaaS environment
  • Track record of generating revenue through upselling and cross-selling into existing enterprise customers
  • Experience selling into the Office of Finance or senior finance stakeholders
  • Experience managing complex enterprise stakeholders and long-term customer relationships
  • Strong consultative sales and commercial negotiation skills
  • Experience managing six-figure or seven-figure enterprise opportunities

  • Experience selling finance technology or enterprise software solutions

Package

  • Base salary: £95,000 – £110,000
  • Double OTE (uncapped commission)
