Having already established strong traction in the UK legal market, they're continuing to scale rapidly and are now looking to grow their Professional Services team to support new client implementations and integrations.
Role Overview
As a Professional Services Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering successful implementations of the company's Legal SaaS platform for clients across the UK. You'll work closely with clients to understand their requirements, configure and deploy the solution, and ensure seamless adoption within their business.
This role blends technical configuration and data work with functional consulting and client-facing delivery. It's an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys the variety of implementation work in a high-growth, collaborative environment.
Professional Services Consultant (Legal Saas) - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through to go-live and post-launch support.
- Configure Practice and Case Management modules, including the financial and accounting elements of the system.
- Manage data migration and integration tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client processes.
- Translate business needs into effective software configurations and workflows.
- Build strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Support, and Engineering to deliver a best-in-class client experience.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing implementation insights and helping to refine delivery processes.
Professional Services Consultant (Legal Saas) - Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience implementing or supporting Legal Practice Management or Legal Accounting software.
- Strong understanding of legal finance workflows, including client/matter ledgers, billing, and trust accounting.
- Hands-on experience in software implementation, configuration, or technical delivery.
- Competence with data migration, SQL, or system integrations (preferred but not essential).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
