A growing SaaS company is looking to hire an entry-level Sales Development Representative to join its London-based commercial team.

Role Overview
The Sales Development Representative will play a key role in generating new business opportunities for the wider sales team. Working closely with experienced sales professionals, this individual will learn how to prospect effectively, engage with potential customers, and build strong commercial conversations within the SaaS space.
This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their sales career who is motivated by progression, enjoys speaking with people, and wants to develop within the software industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective customers through outbound activity including phone calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to understand business needs and suitability
- Book meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
- Build relationships with key decision-makers across target accounts
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline information within the CRM system
- Learn and develop an understanding of the SaaS market, customer challenges, and value proposition
- Work closely with the wider commercial team to support pipeline growth
- Consistently achieve and exceed activity and meeting targets
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching programmes
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous sales, customer-facing, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or telesales experience would be advantageous but is not essential
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with people
- Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Resilient, positive, and coachable personality
- Ambitious individual looking to build a career within software sales
- Comfortable working within a target-driven environment
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Based within commuting distance of London for hybrid working
