We are partnering with a fast-scaling SaaS business that is looking to grow out it's GTM team with driven SDR's.

The Role (SDR)

As an SDR, your focus is simple: build high-quality pipeline.

Engaging senior decision-makers and generating well-qualified discovery meetings for the Account Executive team.

This is a performance-driven SaaS role with a clear path into closing.

What You’ll Be Doing (SDR)

  • Building and executing structured outbound campaigns
  • Prospecting via phone, personalised email and LinkedIn
  • Running commercially focused qualification conversations
  • Booking high-quality discovery meetings
  • Maintaining strong CRM hygiene and pipeline tracking
  • Re-engaging warm and dormant accounts
  • Feeding market insight back into GTM strategy

What We’re Looking For (SDR)

  • 1–3 years’ experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales
  • Experience booking meetings with mid-to-senior decision-makers
  • Confident communicator with strong commercial instinct
  • Structured and process-driven in outbound activity
  • Ambitious and motivated by progression into closing
  • Comfortable working in a scaling SaaS environment
  • Experience using CRM and outbound tools (e.g. Zoho, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
  • Manchester-based (hybrid working model)
