Role Overview

The Senior Product Manager will play a key role in bringing new products and features to market. This is a commercially focused product role, centred around product launches, go-to-market strategy, and cross-functional alignment.

The successful candidate will not be expected to bring prior domain experience but will have a strong track record of launching products and driving adoption in a B2B software environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for new product launches, from concept through to go-to-market and post-launch optimisation
  • Work closely with commercial teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to define positioning, messaging, and launch strategies
  • Translate business objectives into clear product plans, ensuring alignment across stakeholders
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and GTM teams to deliver successful product outcomes
  • Define and track key product and commercial success metrics, using data to inform decisions and improvements
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and support product positioning
  • Gather and prioritise customer feedback to shape product development and enhance adoption
  • Support enablement of internal teams to ensure successful product rollout and ongoing growth

Skills & Experience Required

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager within a B2B software environment
  • Demonstrable experience launching products or major features to market
  • Strong commercial mindset, with the ability to connect product decisions to business outcomes
  • Experience working closely with Sales and Marketing teams on go-to-market activities
  • Ability to operate in a cross-functional environment and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Data-driven approach to product decision-making
