We’re working with a well-known, multi-site UK business undergoing significant digital and technology transformation. They’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to take ownership of key technology initiatives across the organisation.
The Role
You’ll sit at the heart of technology delivery, leading end-to-end projects across infrastructure, cloud platforms, and customer-facing systems.
This is not just about timelines and Gantt charts — you’ll translate strategic vision into practical execution, ensuring technology enhances both operational efficiency and the end-user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of multiple concurrent technical projects
- Manage digital transformation and infrastructure upgrade programmes
- Translate business needs into technical requirements and project milestones
- Own stakeholder communication across technical and non-technical teams
- Manage third-party vendors and ensure accountability to scope, budget and timelines
- Track KPIs, risks, dependencies and overall project health
- Maintain clear documentation and governance standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Technical Project Management
- Experience delivering cloud, SaaS or infrastructure-based projects
- Strong understanding of API integrations and digital platforms
- Comfortable working across multiple stakeholders in operations, finance and commercial teams
- Experience within hospitality, retail, travel or other multi-site environments is highly desirable
- PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certifications are advantageous
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence or Smartsheet
