Full training will be provided, so we're looking for someone with the right attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine interest in technology and digital systems.

Location: Redhill, Surrey

Salary: Up to £30,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

The Role

Working as part of a specialist project team, you will play an important role in configuring and organising data within bespoke software platforms. You will ensure information is accurately structured, linked correctly and presented in a clear, user-friendly format through dashboards and visual reports.

This isn't a programming or coding role. Instead, it would suit someone who enjoys working with technology, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in producing accurate, high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and organise project data using specialist software.
  • Create structured folders and data categories.
  • Configure and map information into the correct locations.
  • Set up dashboards and visual reports.
  • Check data accuracy and consistency.
  • Follow established processes and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure projects are completed on time.

About You

Our client is looking for someone who:

  • Is confident using computers and learning new software.
  • Has excellent attention to detail and enjoys working accurately.
  • Is organised, methodical and enjoys solving problems.
  • Can follow processes while managing multiple tasks.
  • Has a positive attitude and is keen to learn and develop.
  • Wants to build a long-term career within a growing business.

Previous experience in IT, administration, technical support, data management or system configuration would be advantageous, but is by no means essential. We would also love to hear from college leavers, graduates or anyone looking for a fresh career who can demonstrate strong technical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
