Office & Executive Support Administrator
We are looking for a bright, proactive and organised Office & Executive Support Administrator to join a small, friendly team in Oxted.
This is not a role where you will be stuck doing the same admin every day. You will be at the heart of the organisation, supporting the Chief Executive and wider team across administration, communications, events and general office coordination.
If you are someone who spots what needs doing and gets on with it, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
Oxted | 22 hours per week | £27,000–£29,000 pro rata | Permanent
A role where no two days are the same!
What will you be doing?
Your day could include:
- Managing the main inbox, answering calls and responding to enquiries.
- Supporting the Chief Executive with follow-ups, correspondence and general administration.
- Creating newsletters using Mailchimp – training provided.
- Making straightforward website updates.
- Using AI confidently to support communications and everyday tasks.
- Helping organise meetings, events and activities.
- Taking the lead on the practical arrangements for an upcoming AGM – invitations, catering, attendee information and making sure everything is ready on the day.
- Keeping the office organised and helping with whatever needs doing.
What are we looking for?
Experience in administration, PA, office support or a similar role would be great, but attitude is just as important as experience.
You will be:
- Organised, reliable and confident working independently.
- A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Comfortable picking up new systems and technology.
- Confident using AI and interested in finding smarter ways of working.
- Someone who uses their initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do.
- Happy working as part of a small team where “that is not my job” is not really in the vocabulary!
Mailchimp, website and event experience would be a bonus, but training can be provided.
What is on offer?
- 22 hours per week, flexible Monday to Thursday.
- £27,000–£29,000 FTE
- 28 days' holiday plus Bank Holidays.
- Local parking available.
- Training and development opportunities.
- A genuinely varied role with the opportunity to learn, contribute and make a difference.
If you are looking for a role where you can take ownership, get involved and become a really valued part of a small team, we would love to hear from you.
