Hybrid Working: Work from home + 2 days in the office (Tues/Weds/Thurs)
Location: Redhill, Surrey
Hours: 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday)

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll be part of a dedicated team delivering outsourced back-office operations for gas (IGT) and electricity (IDNO) clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day operational activities across supplier communications, data management, and regulatory reporting
- Handling the interface between energy suppliers and metering organisations, ensuring smooth information flow
- Executing monthly DUoS billing for both Half-Hourly and Non-Half-Hourly electricity/gas suppliers
- Validating data prior to invoicing, identifying tariff mismatches and missing consumption data
- Reconciling invoices and taking appropriate action based on updated or corrected data
- Producing regulatory and service performance reports with analysis and meaningful insights
- Conducting operational acceptance testing on new or updated system features
- Proactively maintaining accurate industry data to meet month-end billing deadlines
- Supporting process and system improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and compliance
This is a varied, data-focused role where no two days are the same, and where your contributions directly support compliance with industry standards and SLAs.
Who You Are
This role suits someone detail-focused, process-driven, and confident working with data in a busy operations team - ideally with experience in the utilities or energy sector.
You will have:
Minimum 3 years in a process-driven or analytical role (utilities/energy experience is a plus)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - comfortable working with large sets of data
Excellent time management and organisational abilities
Ability to grasp new systems and industry processes quickly
Confident communicator who can build rapport with clients professionally
A proactive team player with a flexible, can-do attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Desirable
Background in metering, energy data, or supplier operations
Experience with industry systems and billing processes
