This role is crucial for leading business architecture activities, you will work on large-scale, high-complexity projects and initiatives, adding significant value across various business and technology stakeholders. This position involves collaboration with specific divisions and Change Delivery teams to ensure products and services align with strategic enterprise goals and meet customer needs. As a senior member of a technical and business architect squad, you may lead the team when required.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop an approach and framework to guide business divisions in achieving strategic objectives, using strategic analysis models.

• Translate business strategy into business architecture products and services, ensuring alignment with policy and oversight requirements.

• Provide recommendations and assurance to senior stakeholders to address cross-divisional impacts and maintain design standards.

• Identify opportunities for business innovation and develop proposals for execution, aligning with the business architecture roadmap.

• Own and deliver business-aligned architecture products like roadmaps, capability models, and impact assessments to achieve strategic goals.

• Contribute to communities of practice, offering thought leadership and mentorship to enhance business architecture capabilities.

Role requirements:

• Experienced in business architecture within professional services, financial services, or regulated environments.

• Skilled in conducting market, customer, and value assessments to inform business strategies.

• Expertise in designing target operating models and guiding business areas through strategic development.

• Strong communication skills for negotiating complex solutions with stakeholders.

• Proactive thinker using analytic tools to solve problems innovatively amidst uncertainty.

• Proficient in architectural frameworks, methodology, and enterprise architecture tools.

• Effective facilitator with active listening and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Experience with formal Architecture methodologies like TOGAF and BizBoK.
