Sales & Marketing Administrator Apprentice

Zerographic are searching for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to support the Marketing department in developing and tightening the processes and procedures within the company, to continue the growth of the Zerographic brand.

During your employment with Zerographic, you will be exposed to a variety of different digital platforms and tools to support you in your role.

Below is a list of duties and responsibilities that you can expect to work on during a typical working day:

-          To update and implement changes on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system: HubSpot (full & continuous training will be provided).

-          The idea generation, creation and editing of company collateral.

-          Assist with website updates.

-          Content/ digital asset creation across various platforms, including social media, case studies, etc.

-          Utilise graphic creation software, such as Canva.

-          Supporting the sales team with account queries to enable the team to work as effectively as possible.

-          The updating and maintaining of account information for the sales team.

-          Learn data analysis through our account-based marketing (ABM) software, Demandbase, to support the Sales Development team (full & continuous training will be provided).

-          Utilising Google Analytics and Google AdWords to assist with PPC campaigns.

-          Create ad monitor paid social media campaigns.

Alongside these tasks, as a central figure in the company, you should expect to receive ad hoc tasks from other colleagues within the company.

• English GCSE or equivalent, grade 4 (Essential)
• Maths GCSE or equivalent, grade 4 (Essential)
