Role
- Take details from customers about their IT problems
- Find and fix faults
- Track work in progress and record issues and solutions within Helpdesk Software
- Update online knowledge banks and/or create Standard Operating Procedures
- Service equipment like printers, projectors, Peripherals
- Set up new equipment and upgrade existing systems (PC’s, Printers)
- Assist Users with Software issues
- Give Basic handover training on Microsoft Products
- Monitor Backups
Training
- Information Communications Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard
- There will be the possibility of a full-time role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
