We're excited to be partnering with a global leader in security technology to find a Technical Delivery Coordinator. In this role, you'll take the lead in delivering and supporting rack-level protection solutions across major data centers, helping to keep some of the world's most critical environments safe and secure.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating the rollout of security systems across different sites, making sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish.

• Configuring and commissioning backend systems like access control and CCTV to meet customer requirements.

• Planning site visits and supporting remote troubleshooting when issues pop up.

• Training engineers and partners on how to install and maintain these solutions.

• Managing spare parts stock and keeping clear records so projects stay on track.

• Producing reports and updates to share progress with management.

• Building great relationships with internal teams, external partners, and clients.

What We're Looking For

• At least 5 years' experience working with security systems, ideally in data centers or similarly complex environments.

• A strong background in deploying and commissioning access control and CCTV.

• Confident managing multiple projects at once and keeping everyone informed.

• Great communication skills-you're comfortable explaining technical issues in plain English.

• Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with rack-locking solutions would be a bonus.

The Important Stuff:

• Location: Hertfordshire based office with some hybrid flex 

• Regional travel up to 30%

• Salary around £50,000 plus a great benefits package

• Must be eligible to work in the UK
