Location: Hertfordshire (office-based with some remote opportunity)

My client is seeking an experienced NetSuite Administrator to own, manage, and optimise their NetSuite ERP platform. This is a key role acting as the NetSuite SME, working closely with Finance, Operations, HR, Procurement, Logistics, and IT to drive system efficiency, automation, and data-led decision making.
You'll play a pivotal part in ensuring NetSuite supports both day-to-day operations and long-term growth, maximising the value of the ERP across the business.
Key Responsibilities

Own and administer the NetSuite ERP platform, ensuring performance, security, and scalability

Configure and customise workflows, dashboards, forms, fields, and reports to meet business needs

Manage user roles, permissions, environments (production/sandbox), and system documentation

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and deliver automation

Lead NetSuite upgrades, enhancements, and module rollouts with minimal disruption

Manage integrations with other systems (e.g. CRM, HRIS) using middleware or APIs

Provide user training, support, and act as the NetSuite subject matter expert
What My Client Is Looking For

5-7+ years' hands-on NetSuite administration experience

Strong ERP knowledge across Finance, Inventory, Procurement, CRM, HR, or Projects

Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, and system integrations

Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable system solutions

Confident working in a multi-entity or global environment

Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong stakeholder communication skills
Qualifications

NetSuite Certified Administrator (required)

Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems, Finance, or a related discipline
